Pilates is a dynamic, non-impact fitness exercise program that combines stretching and strengthening movements with elements of weight training and breath work. Pilates builds core strength, elongates and balances the muscular system, brings the body into proper alignment, and increases balance and flexibility. It can help you improve your agility, build core strength, eliminate chronic back pain, take your athletic performance to another level, and maximize your body’s movement potential.

Our equipment-based Pilates classes are conducted in our beautiful state-of-the-art Pilates Studio. This serene space allows students to relax and focus on the benefits of their workout.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes now available.

All first time Pilates students are required to take a Pilates assessment. The assessment is $35 for members and $40 non-members. All sessions are 55 minutes.

Vered has studied ballet, modern dance and Pilates since childhood and served as physical fitness commander during her service in the Israeli Air Force. After military service, she worked as a C.P.A. with Ernst & Young for several years but has since followed her passion for exercise and movement. She is a certified instructor in traditional mat and reformer Pilates (STOTT Method) and Barre. She has recently moved to Denver with her husband and two children. Vered is passionate about empowering all clients to enjoy exercise and embrace healthy movement. Her goal for each client is to improve their strength, flexibility, functional movement and become pain free.
