Cathy Sanders
Chief Development Officer
Cathy Sanders joined the JCC in January 2022 as the Chief Development Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in philanthropy, working on behalf of academic medicine, higher education, and hunger and poverty relief. She has a B.S. in Marketing and an M.P.A. in Public Administration and moved to Denver from Little Rock, Arkansas. Cathy is a dynamic leader, creating and adapting to change readily and has a track record of building successful teams and engaging donors in the mission of the nonprofit. She and her husband, Kraig, have twin boys (Jacob and Eli) and are recent empty nesters. She enjoys travel, whitewater rafting, soccer, and is always looking for a new book recommendation.
Bonni Raderman
Director of Major Gifts and Coporate Relations
Bonni Raderman is a dynamic professional known for her expertise in corporate relations and major gifts for impactful causes. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, she has also made her mark in the wellness and mindfulness field, driving innovation, and positive change. Bonni’s diverse skill set allows her to be a transformational force in community, health oriented & corporate ventures for the organizations she serves.
Anna Wiegand
CRM, Stewardship Manager, and Interim Events Coordinator
Anna Wiegand is a Boston native turned Colorado enthusiast and is a passionate advocate for ecotourism and community-based conservation through her BS in recreation and travel development. She also holds a certification in Corporate Travel Management from Metropolitan State University. With a diverse background spanning retail management, interior design, youth development, account management, events, corporate travel, coding, and international air operations, Anna’s professional (and personal) journey reflects her commitment to people, the planet and both service/experiential learning. Her love for outdoor adventures, wildlife, photography, and diverse cultures drives her to craft experiences that inspire and build community. Anna also cherishes her 3-year-old flame point/Siamese feline companion named Honey and embraces her Roma heritage, underscoring her devotion to preserving cultural diversity.
