Join this fun-filled initiative to help your child learn about fitness, health, and wellness.

Weekly programs will include rotations through all three specialties. Examples include: circuit training, yoga, drills and skills, nutrition, spinning, and more! Every class includes a healthy snack and a keepsake water bottle.
