Turn It Up Monday with Zumba, a interval-style, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Monday’s Zumba blends pop, hip- hop, Reggae, dancehall, EDM and Latin inspired music (it’s not your mother’s Zumba class). Bring your FitBit® – most students take over 6,000 steps and burn a minimum of 500 calories.
