Challah Braiding Workshop with Luisa

Enjoy a fun afternoon of creating Challah braids! Each attendee will make one full-size challah and rolls, which will enable everyone to learn different shapes! You will take your braided loaf and rolls home with you to bake fresh for Shabbat! Everyone loves challah, and it tastes even better when you make it yourself! Space is limited so register early.

The Mandolin Ranch Trio Strums Your Colorado Favorites

Mental Exercises to Keep Us Sharp

Neurobics is a form of exercise that blends physical and mental fitness to keep us sharp, decrease memory loss, and improve mood. These exercises are designed to make new neural pathways in the brain by challenging our senses in fun and unconventional ways. Maintaining both our physical and mental wellbeing is vital to help us stay independent longer and gives us a better quality of life. Come join Christine Meeks, a seasoned educator to learn about and practice this form of exercise to increase your brain health.
