Kids Yoga will incorporate movement, breath, mindfulness and play, introducing yoga concepts to kids, linking breath to movement and having fun!

Benefits to kids include: muscle lengthening, strengthening and flexibility (injury prevention), settling busy minds, practicing compassion for self and others, and deepening athleticism in a non-traditional, noncompetitive forum.Activities incorporate easy to relate themes (weather, feelings, animals, nature), basic poses and body movement, song, games and journaling/coloring.
