This NEW offering is for potty trained children to share a drop off yoga class with their peers.
Each week students will learn safe and playful ways to stretch and strengthen the body, mind, and imagination. Classes will include a combination of active yoga poses and games mixed with more calming breathing skills and mindful visualizations. This fun session helps to develop independence, internal awareness, self-confidence, and compassion. All levels and abilities welcome. This is a drop off class, parents are required to stay on site and can choose to either watch the class through the glass windows or enjoy the J facilities.
