Join this fun group of parents and kiddos committed to finding peace amidst the chaos.
Each session will include useful yoga skills that can be used to reduce stress (parent and child), manage behavior, and inspire fun bonding time. Class will cycle between poses best for each participant so that everyone who attends will get to feel an impact. We will practice simple breath work, poses, mindful games and visualizations that are easy to incorporate into everyday routines. All levels and abilities welcome.
