Wonderbound and the Mizel Arts and Culture Center are delighted to present a trifecta of transcendental dance, created by Wonderbound’s own Company Artists.
These eclectic events encourage everyone to enjoy a raw and surprising production devised explicitly for the Elaine Wolf stage. No matter which day you attend, be prepared for more than just dance: Live (and local) music will be performed from musicians like Jesse Manley, Annie Aqua, and Emily Rose Lewis. Join us for this topsy-turvy presentation that will leave you with an ever-lingering air of wonder.
Morgan Sicklick has been dancing with Wonderbound since 2015. After receiving her BFA in Dance Performance, Morgan spent time with Kaatsbaan Extreme Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Ellison Ballet, Paul Taylor’s American Modern Ballet, the American Dance Festival and most recently, the Kansas City Ballet. While at KCB, Morgan began experimenting with original choreography and has brought those talents to us.
Sarah Tallman is one of Wonderbound’s longest-standing Company Artists. Before coming on board in 2004, Sarah danced with David Taylor Dance Company, Kim Robards Dance, Lynn Barr and Gleich Dance Contemporary Ballet. Aside from being the Principal dancer in many of Garrett Ammon’s ballets, Sarah is also an accomplished choreographer and instructor inside Wonderbound—and around her Denver community.
Ben Youngstone has been a Wonderbound dancer since 2016. Prior to joining our Denver family, Ben danced professionally with companies such as Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory, Charlotte Ballet, and was an apprentice at the Chautauqua Institution.
