Help build your strength

This course will consist of a weightlifting and hear conditioning circuit style workout coordinated by Camilla Johnson. The overall goal of this 6 week course is to increase skeletal muscle endurance and cardiovascular strength for an active Colorado lifestyle, like skiing or snowboarding!
