Bringing our kiddos back to the J!

The Robert E. Loup Scholarship Fund Tzedakah 4 Kids Day (T4K) is the JCC’s annual crowdfunding campaign *usually* held in April. Last year, COVID delayed T4K to November, and we are so grateful for the generosity of so many members of our J Community who gave in 2020! Those gifts are helping this year’s students with badly needed scholarships. We have many J Families who’ve been hit hard by COVID through job and salary cut-backs, and we have an even greater need for scholarship funds this year. Your contribution would be a big gift to helping us bring our kiddos back to the J!

HOW IT WORKS

Once a year, the JCC team – made up of staff, board members and community members – gets together for a 27-hour crowdfunding campaign to raise scholarship money for families to assist them to attend the JCC Early Learning School, Camp Shai, Ranch Camp and Wolf Theatre Academy.

Our goal again this year is to raise $200,000 in the 27-hour time frame. It is a huge undertaking, but luckily, the campaign is backed by anonymous donors who create a match for the day. Each gift given during the 27-hour campaign this year will be matched 4x over! This means a $36 gift is really a $144 gift to the J.

In addition to making a donation that is comfortable for you, you can support the campaign by raising awareness about our campaign by reaching out to your family and friends to ask them for their support.

In short, any gift or awareness you can raise for T4K assists those less fortunate to attend JCC programs and couldn’t be more appreciated!
