Calling all JCC Warriors for a season of Summer Fit!

We invite you to join us for the next season of Summer Fit. It’s small group training in a fun, small group setting with up to seven other motivated individuals. In this hour-long, powerfully fun, and effective workout, you will strengthen your muscles, expand your fitness knowledge, and get your heart pumping.
