Week 1: CITs will participate in a hands-on training about working with children, facilitating games and activities, and program planning with an option to gain a certification in CPR and First Aid.
Week 2: CITs will practice what they’ve learned with a cabin of campers by facilitating activities and assisting Camp Shai staff in overseeing camper care. The week will end with a big group celebration, Camp Shai style!

To accommodate working families, Camp Shai and Mizel Arts and Culture Center camps offer sunrise (8:00 – 9:00 am) and Sunset (4:00 – 6:00 pm) care for all campers. You can register for this service by the week or on a drop-in basis, provided there’s space.
