There is far more to Jewish breads than bagels and challah! Come make two Sephardic breads: kubaneh, a fluffy, crunchy, buttery and fun to make Yemenite bread, and barbari, a beautiful seeded flatbread from Iran. You may never look at a bagel the same way again!
