Admissions Process & Important Dates

Step 1: Complete Application & Financial Aid Paperwork

As we get closer to enrolling for the upcoming school year, we will email all prospective parents we have on our mailing list as to when the application portal and financial aid portal open for new families. If you are not on our prospective parent mailing list and would like to be, please email us at preschool@jccdenver.org.

Step 2: Enrollment Notification

After the application period ends, we will email you to let you know if there is a space available for your child in the upcoming school year.

Step 3: Registration Due

If you are notified that space is available for your child(ren), we will ask for you to complete our online registration form. A registration link will be provided in your enrollment notification email. Formally registering your child(ren) will secure their spot for the upcoming school year.

The below is pricing for the 2021-22 school year. Pricing is subject to change year over year.

Ages

Infants*: Must be born before October 1
Toddler**: Must be between 12 months – 23 months as of October 1
2’s Full Day: Must be between 24 – 35 months as of October 1
3s Full-Day: Must be 3 and not yet 4 as of October 1
4s Full-Day: Must be 4 as of October 1

*Infants must be 8 weeks old to start infant program
**Must be at least 12 months by the first day of school.
If your infant can’t start at the beginning of the session, we are able to hold a spot with a monthly fee.

Yes. The JCC strives to make its programs accessible to families from all backgrounds. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please click here to apply. There is a $45 fee to apply. Please review the key admissions dates above on this page to ensure you do not miss any deadlines to apply for financial aid.

The ELS will always keep a wait list of families, there is no additional cost to be on the waitlist. We will let families know if and when there will be a spot as soon as we have more information.

The JCC is Kosher facility. All food provided by the school has approved Kosher symbols and is vegetarian. Any food that is brought into the school to be shared with others must have the appropriate Kosher symbols. We ask that families respect our Kosher policy and do not bring shellfish or pork into our school.

All children must be fully vaccinated before they can attend the ELS. We do not make religious or personal exemptions.

  • Any child that has a temperature of 100.3 or above will be sent home from school, children must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school.
  • If your child does not have a fever, but is unable to participate in the activities for the day, i.e. requiring one on one attention from the staff, we will send them home.
  • If a child throws up, or have 2 more incidents of diarrhea we will send them home.
  • We require that any unknown rashes be diagnosed before your children can return to school.
