Admissions Process & Important Dates

Step 1: Complete Application

Complete your application for the correct school year. Based on the responses to the application questions, students will be selected by best fit for the spot available.

Step 2: Enrollment Notification

After the application period ends, we will email you to let you know if there is a space available for your child in the upcoming school year. If your child is not initially offered a spot, your application will be automatically added to our wait pool. Wait pool families will be contacted individually, if a spot becomes available.

Step 3: Registration Due

After being notified, you will be emailed a link to fill out the enrollment application, submit necessary paperwork, and pay the deposit.

Financial aid deadline: January 15
Application closes: February 1
New families notified if accepted: February 13

2023 – 2024 School Year Pricing. Pricing is subject to change year over year.

Age Group

Your child must meet the age requirement by October 1.
Infants may start as early as eight weeks. Proof of vaccinations is required.

Yes. The JCC strives to make its programs accessible to families from all backgrounds. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please click here to apply. There is a $45 fee to apply. Please review the key admissions dates above on this page to ensure you do not miss any deadlines to apply for financial aid.

The ELS will always keep a wait list of families, there is no additional cost to be on the waitlist. We will let families know if and when there will be a spot as soon as we have more information.

All children must be fully vaccinated before they can attend the ELS. We do not make religious or personal exemptions.

  • Any child that has a temperature of 100.3 or above will be sent home from school, children must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to school.
  • If your child does not have a fever, but is unable to participate in the activities for the day, i.e. requiring one on one attention from the staff, we will send them home.
  • If a child throws up, or has 2 or more incidents of diarrhea we will send them home.
  • We require that any unknown rashes be diagnosed before your children can return to school.

No. If you do not get a spot in the application year you originally applied for, you will need to apply for the following school year.
