Senior Seated Pilates with Jocelyn Miller will help you strengthen your body (from head to toe) and help you gain confidence when walking, climbing stairs, and throughout your daily activities. Enjoy a variety of music from Jazz to Classical and focus on breathing techniques to assist with managing stress and anxiety. This is a free, donation-based program for those over the age of 60.
