Do you have a life story that begs to be shared? Do you enjoy speaking with young people? Generations in Conversation is a meaningful 3-week program designed for middle school students at Denver Academy to interview older adults in the Denver Jewish community. Each adult will be paired with a young person to foster meaningful connection and learning through the art of storytelling. At each meeting, the students will come equipped with open-ended questions for you to answer. The goal of this program is to foster intergenerational understanding, enhance the student’s communication skills, and promote empathy and respect. By signing up for this program, you agree to attend all three meetings.
