A four-week session to help you achieve “The Pilates Body” you’ve always wanted.

Pilates for Athletes is a Pilates equipment-based, four-week class that will help students and athletes develop muscular engagement, power, and coordination. Developed by Stott Pilates-certified instructor, Erin Coyne Kammerzell, this class will work to strengthen the deep muscles of the core, or “powerhouse,” to improve posture and balance. We will also work to lengthen the muscles and fascia throughout the body to sculpt the ultimate Pilates body.
