This two-times per week, seven-week program, is an intermediate to advanced Pilates reformer class. This one-hour class is designed to challenge Pilates students and athletes by using the Pilates reformer jumpboard as well as other apparatus such as toning balls, weights, physio balls and Pilates rings. The result is a stronger powerhouse or core, improved aerobic capacity, improved posture and alignment, and increased flexibility. Class developed by Stott Pilates certified instructor, Erin Coyne Kammerzell.
