Erin Goldfarb
Chief Development Officer
Erin has spent the better part of fifteen years helping people find the causes they care most about — and helping organizations show up in a way that inspires generosity. Her work has taken her across major gifts, annual campaigns, events, and community partnerships, but her favorite part of the job has always been the relationships.
She spent much of her career working with social service organizations in Los Angeles, and is now proud to call Colorado home. There is something especially rewarding about contributing to the community where you actually live, and that feeling drives her every day.
She’s had the privilege of working alongside some truly remarkable leaders and teams, and believes that the strongest organizations are built on both smart strategy and genuine human connection.
Rachel Wool
Senior Director of Development & Marketing
Rachel Wool is a seasoned non-profit professional with a passion for building connections and creating programs that strengthen communities. With experience in philanthropy, young child development, volunteer engagement, and communications she brings both expertise and heart to her work in the nonprofit sector. A graduate of the University of Denver and YIVO Uriel Weinreich Program in Yiddish Language, Rachel is dedicated to fostering collaboration and helping communities thrive.

Bonni Raderman is a dynamic professional known for her expertise in corporate relations and major gifts for impactful causes. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, she has also made her mark in the wellness and mindfulness field, driving innovation, and positive change. Bonni’s diverse skill set allows her to be a transformational force in community, health oriented & corporate ventures for the organizations she serves.
