By purchasing a ticket to an in-person event at the Neustadt JAAMM festival, you will affirm that you, and all others in your party – ages 12 and older – have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. All members of your party, regardless of age, agree to wear a mask at all times while in attendance at this event. You are also agreeing to allow the JCC Mizel Arts and Culture Center to use your provided information for contact tracing purposes should the need arise.
