Mizel Gallery
About the Mizel Gallery
The Mizel Gallery at the Mizel Arts and Culture Center at the JCC Denver is dedicated to presenting artists and ideas that engage with cultural dialogue and creative exploration. Through a diverse range of voices and perspectives, the gallery fosters meaningful encounters between artists and audiences, creating space for reflection, conversation, and shared experience.
The gallery presents four core exhibitions annually, two selected through open artist submissions and two featuring artists affiliated with JCC Denver Fine Arts programs.
When exhibitions are not on view, the gallery serves as a flexible space for community engagement and cultural programming.
Occasionally, partner programs including Neustadt JAAMM, the Denver Jewish Film Festival, and the Denver Children’s Theater may present installations connected to their programming. All partner-led installations follow the same submission process outlined on this webpage and are reviewed using the same criteria.
