Fun and fierce!  Mix and match your fitness in the “anything goes” Pilates class featuring chair, reformer, tower, or jump board whatever the instructor feel is right.  Participants practice a series of conventional Pilates based exercises designed to enhance core strength, spinal alignment, flexibility, balance and postural control.  This multiple apparatus class provides a well-rounded experience and full body workout. Prior Pilate’s equipment experience is necessary.
