J-Fit is a high-intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. This six-week program will make you functionally fit by combining athletic aerobic movements with functional strength exercises. Taught by ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Anthony Walker.
Winter Session starts January 14. Classes held Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:20 pm in the Circuit Studio.
