Although I’m relatively new to the Ranch Camp family, I’m not new to Jewish summer camps. The many summers I spent as a camper have given me the closest relationships I have.
My wife and I met at camp. Over forty of our wedding guests were mutual camp friends—many of them married one another, too, and we attended their weddings. Our children are friends, and some of them are preparing for their first summers at camp this year.
Spending time at camp as a kid is a gift that lasts more than a few weeks—the memories you make and the friendships you build last a lifetime. This experience gives our children the opportunity to connect with our community and strengthen their values.
At Ranch Camp, we aim to make our programs as accessible and inclusive as possible. Last summer, we awarded scholarships to 75 children who otherwise would not have been able to attend summer camp. We hope to continue offering this gift to children in our community—but we need your help.
It is for this reason that I give monthly to support Ranch Camp scholarships, and I invite you to join me in this effort. No amount is too small—every donation makes a difference.
Please help us give the children in our community the unforgettable gift of a summer spent with friends at Ranch Camp.
