AQUA ZUMBA: This class blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class, so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
COMBO AQUA FIT: This class combines the use of shallow and deep water to achieve a great cardiovascular workout. Class is very aerobic and will concentrate on high caloric burn with some strength training exercises. Participants should be ready for a challenge.
DEEP WATER AQUA FIT: A high energy aquatics class without any impact! This class will focus on arms, legs, and abdominals using resistance equipment while improving your cardiovascular shape, muscle tone, and flexibility.
LOW IMPACT AQUA: Use this shallow water class to take advantage of the comfort and buoyancy the water provides. Improve your coordination, endurance, and your ability to perform daily tasks. All class exercises meet Arthritis Foundation standards and are adaptable to your own capabilities.
SHALLOW WATER CARDIO AQUA FIT: A challenging and vigorous workout using the water as resistance as well as equipment such as noodles, hydro-bells, dumbbells, and cuffs.
WOMEN’S ONLY SWIM/ AQUA FIT: This class combines shallow and deep water exercise to achieve a great cardiovascular workout. Class aerobic and will concentrate on high caloric burn with some strength training exercises. This class is taught during our Women’s Only Swim time so the instructor is female as well as the pool staff.
