Fitness Foundations Program – Free

Before you commit to personal training, try our Foundations Program – a 60-minute introduction to your personal training program with a Certified Personal Trainer – which includes:

  • A full fitness assessment
  • An introduction to proper form and equipment use
  • A results based training program set-up
  • Included with all new membership sign-ups

Try-Fit Program – $129

  • 3 private one-on-one sessions with a certified personal trainer
  • Available to first time personal training clients only
