At the very beginning of life’s journey, our prenatal programs nurture expectant parents with education, connection, and support. From childbirth preparation and prenatal yoga to community gatherings, we help you build confidence and community as you prepare to welcome your newest family member.
Jewish Baby University
Designed for expectant parents, this innovative program combines childbirth education with an exploration of the Jewish traditions and rituals connected with pregnancy, birth, and parenting. Co-created by the JCC and Rose Medical Center, JBU is a series of eight classes. The program also includes dinner with a Mohel to discuss baby naming and Brit Milah, Babysafe, and Journey to Parenthood.
Baby Café
Baby Café at the JCC Denver is a welcoming community space for new parents, offering professional lactation care, weighted feeds, and opportunities to connect with others in a relaxed environment. In addition to the traditional Baby Café model, it features local specialists covering topics like like parenthood adjustment, nutrition, sleep, and work-life balance, with plenty of time for Q and A.
Community Baby Closet
The Community Baby Closet is more than a supply resource — it is an expression of who we are as the Heart of the Community. Here, every family finds welcome, care, and practical support. From diapers and formula to newborn clothing and postpartum essentials, our Closet offers items that families need with compassion and dignity.
