The Low Impact Aqua class focuses on total body movement, combining stretching, aerobics, strengthening, coordination, balance, and endurance. The comfort and buoyancy of the water help improve mobility skills for everyday activities. This class is in waist/shoulder deep water with some deep water. All exercises are adaptable to each participants’ capabilities. This class appeals particularly, but not limited to, seniors, individuals who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, people with limited movement conditions, and for those who want an active, fun aquatic class.
