The biggest losers are our biggest winners.
This eight-week program incorporates circuit training, nutrition coaching, and weekly weigh-ins to help you stay on track and meet your fitness goals. At the end of the session, a $50 prize is awarded to the person who loses the highest percentage of body fat based on their starting body weight.
