The biggest losers are our biggest winners.
This eight-week program incorporates circuit training, and weekly weigh-ins to help you stay on track and meet your fitness goals. At the end of the session, a $50 prize is awarded to the person who loses the highest percentage of body fat based on their starting body weight.
Our Summer 2017 sessions:
- Beginning Monday, October 2 – Wednesday, November 22
- Morning session: 7:00 – 8:00 am
- Evening session: 6:00 – 7:00 pm
