Community Baby Closet
Welcoming Every Family with Dignity, Care, and Essential Support
In Partnership with the Siegel Family
We are thrilled to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Community Baby Closet at JCC Denver — a community resource made possible in partnership with the Siegel family. This special space expands our commitment to supporting families during the earliest and most vulnerable moments of parenthood.
We will celebrate the opening with a Tubishvat family friendly event. Please bring an item to donate to the Baby Closet and help us restock, plant a seedling, decorate planters, and more. RSVPS required for grand opening.
The Community Baby Closet is more than a supply resource — it is an expression of who we are as the Heart of the Community. Here, every family finds welcome, care, and practical support. From diapers and formula to newborn clothing and postpartum essentials, our Closet offers items that families need with compassion and dignity.
When community members donate gently used or new baby gear, clothing, and supplies, these items are lovingly passed forward. By supporting the Community Baby Closet, you not only help families meet essential needs but also reduce waste and protect our environment through reuse and thoughtful stewardship.
This shared cycle of giving transforms everyday items into symbols of support and belonging.
Join us for the Grand Opening and help us continue to build a place where families are supported, children are cherished, and community thrives.
Cannot attend the event…that is ok, fill out Community Baby Closet Inquiry Form.

JCC Denver Community Baby Closet
In Partnership with the Siegel Family
A shared cycle of giving that strengthens our community
The Community Baby Closet at the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center is a welcoming resource for families with infants, offering essential baby and postpartum items.
As one of the JCC’s most meaningful expressions of being the Heart of the Community, the Community Baby Closet ensures that every family, has access to support during the earliest and most vulnerable stage of parenthood.
What We Provide
Families may access gently used or new essentials such as:
- Diapers and wipes
- Formula and feeding supplies
- Newborn and baby clothing
- Postpartum and early-parent supplies
- Emergency support items (as available)
(All items are based on availability and never guaranteed)
All items are offered in a welcoming, judgment-free environment that prioritizes respect, privacy, and care.
More Than a Closet
The Community Baby Closet is built on a shared cycle of giving and receiving. Items donated by families and community partners are thoughtfully passed along to others, reducing waste and promoting environmental sustainability by keeping baby gear and clothing out of landfills.
Families leave not just with what they need, but with the feeling that those items came from a friend, a neighbor, a trusted community. This experience of generosity deepens connection and reminds parents that they are not alone.
Open to the Wider Community
The Community Baby Closet is open to anyone in the broader community who needs support, including families who may not otherwise be engaged with the JCC.
Get Involved
Community members can support the Closet in many ways:
- Donate new or gently used baby items
- Volunteer time and organizational support
- Make a financial gift HERE to sustain and grow the program.
Together, we ensure that generosity circulates, belonging grows, and families feel held by community during one of life’s most transformative moments.
