How long are the time slots, how many can I book at a time, and how far out in advance can I book a time?
Lap swimming time slots are for 55 minutes, one person per lane. Family swim time slots are for two hours. Each member will have the ability to book a maximum of two time slots per week. Reservations can be booked up to one week in advance of the day you wish to attend.
How do I book a time slot?
Once you become a member, you will receive an email with a link and instructions on how to book time slots throughout the summer.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
By entering the lottery, you are agreeing to become a member if you are selected. There will be no refunds or cancellations for daily pool reservations.
What safety measures are being put into place?
Following the Governor’s most recent guidelines, we are allowing a maximum of 45 guests to be on the pool grounds at any given time. Upon arriving, all members will be directed to a new entrance off of the middle parking lot that does not require you to enter the building. This helps us to keep the Camp Shai and ELS children who will be in the building safe. Before entering the pool grounds, every person will be required to pass a check point to ensure they aren’t showing any systems. Between time slots, our staff will be sanitizing the pool grounds, making it safe and clean for our next set of visitors. We are also asking all members to appropriately distance themselves from each other in the water and on deck and to wear masks when moving about on the deck. As always, lifeguards will be on duty at all times for your safety and to make sure all members follow all protocols in place.
