There’s been some serious ‘pod’ activity at the JCC this summer! CEO, Mike Sophir, and Engagement Program Manager, Daniel Siegel, were recently interviewed by Envision RISE, a podcast focused on promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workforce. It just so happens that this topic is something the JCC staff and leadership feel passionate about. In an enlightening and heartening conversation, Mike and Daniel discuss what makes the J an inclusive space, its wide variety of offerings, and why so many people see the J as a home away from home.
