The Rumors are True! We’re Headed to Maccabi 2023! 

After a three-year hiatus, the JCC Denver is once again proud to be sending a Colorado delegation to the JCC Maccabi Games! The JCC Maccabi Games is the largest gathering of Jewish teens in the world with over 2,000 athletes from communities across the United States, Israel, Europe, Mexico, and South America. For the summer of 2023, the JCC Denver is organizing a delegation to participate in the games taking place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from August 6 – 11, 2023.*

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Michael Kahn is currently an Education Coordinator for Jewish Student Connection at JEWISHcolorado, helping to lead Jewish Culture Clubs in public high schools in the Denver area. He recently graduated from the University of Arizona where he served as a Player Personnel Assistant for the University of Arizona Football team, working on high school scouting and recruiting. He also previously worked as a Player Scout for Paris Basketball Club in Paris, France. Sports has been a huge part of Michael’s life, as has the Jewish community, and he is very excited to bring those two passions together!
