It may be only March, but it’s never too soon to think about summer!
We are thrilled to announce that Camp Shai will be held at Graland Country Day School for Summer 2018. Graland is an outstanding facility that will guarantee your child’s best summer yet.
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, please note that MACC summer camps will be exclusively at the J (unlike the past two years), and families with a MACC camper or preschool split with Shai will be bused over to Graland to make for an easy pick-up process. Phew! Now that we have all of our ducks in row, what makes Graland our ideal summer location?
Graland Country Day school is a beautiful campus with more classrooms and larger classroom space. We’re talkin’ plenty of surface area to conduct fun, summer-time activities–and there’s plenty of room to run around! Graland has multiple outdoor fields that act as the perfect setting for athletic and sporty events that are sure to enhance your camper’s experience. When not on the field, campers are allowed access to a state-of-the-art gym that will be the perfect retreat for basketball and indoor activities (when the weather isn’t quite on our side).
One of the best things about Graland? It’s super close to the J! Thanks to the minimal distance between our spaces, we will bus to the JCC for swimming, swim lessons, and tennis lessons that we’re offering as a part of Camp Shai this summer. We are so excited to bring your camper the opportunity to partake in summer activities in two fantastic locations. We know they will have the time of their life.
