GET READY FOR THE SECOND PART OF OUR WOMEN ON WEIGHTS WORKOUT SERIES.

Mondays and Fridays, 12:00 — 1:00 pm

Cost: $192 Members; $240 Guests

This 8-week class focuses on agility, circuit work and program design. Leave with a better understanding of how to maximize the weight room floor. Completion of W.O.W. Part 1 is recommended but not required.
