The JCC Sports & Fitness center’s climate-controlled yoga studio offers the greatest level of choice in your practice hot, or not. We offer a comprehensive range of yoga classes that are complimentary with membership, including Heated Yoga, Power Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Hatha Yoga for beginners to advanced practitioners. Private and semi-private yoga sessions are also available to complete your personal yoga experience.
Pilates (pronounced pi-lah-teez) is a dynamic, non-impact fitness exercise program that combines stretching and strengthening movements with elements of weight training and breath work. Our beautiful studio features Balanced Body Pilates equipment. Inside you’ll find 7 Allegro Reformers, 3 Tower Units, 3 Wunda Chairs, and our newest addition: a Reformer/Trap Table combination apparatus.
