We offer a wide variety of complimentary group exercise classes taught by the most experienced, qualified professionals.
With more than 100 complimentary group classes each week, you’ll find classes that will
work your core, improve your cardiovascular fitness, enhance your mind/body connection, and much more. Classes are offered for those at every fitness level, from beginners to competitive athletes.
To achieve the benefits of cross training, we encourage everyone to participate in a variety of classes, always exercising at a comfortable yet challenging level.
The Club has a premier group exercise studio with a shock-absorbing floor, a yoga studio with wood flooring and state-of-the-art air handling system, and a 25-bike indoor cycling studio.
