JCC Sports & Fitness Group Exercise Classes
The JCC Sports & Fitness Center offers more than 80 classes per week to help you maximize your workout – with new classes being introduced all the time. We have multiple group exercise studios and offer a wide variety of classes taught by certified instructors. Most group exercise classes are complimentary with a Sports & Fitness Center membership.

Mondays: 7-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. – Noon
Wednesdays: 7-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. – Noon
Fridays: 7-8 a.m. and 11 a.m. – Noon
