These smooth, magnetic driven bikes (compared to chains on most indoor cycles) provide a ride very similar to outdoor bikes. The fit is far more comfortable, providing up/down and for/aft positions for the handle bars. A gear lever offers a far more accurate way to gauge your efforts (gears 1-24) and WATTS allow you to compare your rides one to the next.
