New Season of Chai-est Loser Starts July 5!
The JCC Chai-est Loser Challenge is a 8-week circuit training and weight loss program designed and guided by our very own personal trainers. Participants of the program receive all the great benefits and personal attention of small group training, while helping them meet the weight loss goals they have set out to achieve.
Now offering two different sessions:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm

The JCC Denver’s Swim Club is a growing part of our vibrant community. We offer a pre-swim team, a recreational league, and a competitive USA team. We offer a safe, fun environment to learn, grow, and improve in the water, while building lifelong skills, and lasting memories.
New “Use it or Lose It” Program Starts June 14
Taught by popular trainer, Erin Crane, this 8-week, small group training class is designed for baby boomers wanting to lose or maintain weight. Program is good for beginner to intermediate exercisers. Previous participants have lost up to 60 pounds over multiple program sessions!
