Community Engagement

Barbara, Hayden and Caleb

Help us find a kidney for Barbara

Barbara is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother in desperate need of a kidney due to an illness called FSGS.

Many of you may know Barbara. For 22 years, she combined her love for music and children by teaching music at the JCC ECC, where her grandchildren, Hayden and Caleb, attended preschool. Please share Barbara’s story with your community. Help us find her a living kidney donor to keep her in our lives!

Interested in seeing if you’re a match? Learn more about the testing process by contacting Kathryn O’Dea at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. Contact Kathryn at 720.754.2164.

Construction Updates

Groundwork nearly done

Good news! The earthwork for the lower parking lot and future play field is wrapping up. The installation of the Storm Sewer as of today, is 90% complete.

Next week, night crews will be installing water and sanitary sewer connections into Leetsdale to minimize disruptions during the day. During this time, you will not see very much construction during the day.

Once this work is complete, the day shift crews will return and begin extending the water and sanitary lines to the future location of the retaining wall. The retaining wall work is expected to begin in the middle of next week.
