The Chai-est Loser is a 8-week circuit training and weight loss program designed and guided by our very own personal trainers. Taking the chaiest loser class with Michael Sosniak was life changing! I lost over ten pounds but more importantly, I found a fun and energizing way to make lasting changes in my diet and exercise. The circuit training class was challenging but not too grueling, which made it fun to attend twice a week. The participants and instructor were encouraging and friendly. Mike even consulted with my physical therapist on modifications I could use when joint pain would otherwise have made it difficult to continue. I would recommend this class and this instructor to anyone.

Use it & Lose it

With Personal Trainer Erin Crane

Use it and lose it
“Use It & Lose It” is an 8-week small group training class for weight loss and increasing fitness. The class is designed for baby boomers who want to lose or maintain weight and are beginning to intermediate level exercisers. Each class includes ½ hour of cardio work and ½ hour strength training. Participants weigh-in at each class and do body comp and measurements at the beginning, middle and end of the 8 weeks. Participants have lost up to 60 pounds over multiple session of the program!
