Losing over 100 pounds 20 years ago and over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry uniquely qualifies me to help people with weight loss. My goal is to improve the quality of life for every one of my clients.
“I have learned so much from training with Erin, and gained so much more self-confidence, not only in weight loss, but in overall orientation towards making smart decisions regarding nutrition.”
I believe nutrition plays the biggest role in one’s health and fitness. What we put in our bodies helps us be healthy, lose weight or, even gain weight (muscle). When it comes to exercising, using proper form and executing that exercise correctly is extremely important in preventing injuries. My focus as a trainer is to help members reach their fitness goals. I will be here to assist you with daily meal planning and incorporation of specific exercises and workouts to reach your goals.
My philosophy is simple… Train Smart. Most training programs fall short because they are too complicated or involve exercises the client can’t do. I use a progressive approach, where one movement is mastered, before moving to a more advanced movement. My training focuses on mobility and strength, as limited mobility is a major cause of pain.
Training to reach goals involves life-style changes, and I have the tools to guide you through these changes. If you are ready to start doing things you’ve never been able to do, or simply just want to look and feel better, contact me today and we can get you started. We were all born to move!!
“When I started working with Chris, my main goal was to get stronger on my upper body. I have not only gotten stronger on my upper body, but lower and my mid-section. Chris is very personable. I am not a person who likes to work out, but he is able to make our sessions enjoyable while challenging me at the same time. He is great at meeting you where you are at now and helping you get to where you want to be. I would strongly recommend giving him a try. You won’t regret it.”

“Anthony Walker and I have worked together for probably 6 months or so. I’m in decent shape and work out frequently. But before I teamed up with Anthony, I was stuck in a rut. I was going to the gym and doing the same exercises every time. I needed a new routine. A new voice.
Anthony has been great for me. He is both relaxed but focused at the same time. He continually comes up with new and creative ways for me to spend my time in the gym. I’ve had numerous knee surgeries and Anthony has been instrumental in pushing me to keep working out the lower body, something I simply avoided before we started working together.
I used to view Personal Training as temporary. Something I would do for a short period of time to jumpstart my workouts. But I’m now finding it’s value to be too good to give up, and that’s in large part due to Anthony.”
