New Saturday Hours, New Classes
Have you heard?! Beginning on January 9, 2016, the JCC Fitness, Tennis and Aquatics facilities will be open on Saturday mornings at 7:00 am. Check out the group exercise schedule for new classes on Saturday mornings plus additional new classes during the week including Zumba Toning on Mondays at 5:30 pm and Power Pump on Thursdays at 9:30 am.
Cross Training Challenge
Get fit and get out of your rut in 2016! Stop by the Sports Desk and pick up your punch card and dry wick J t-shirt for $10. When you complete the card, not only will you be more fit, you will get your name in the drawing for a free month of dues or an Ogio bag. January 11 – February 20.
SCUBA Certification Class
We teamed up with Planet Scuba to provide you the opportunity to complete the closed water portion of your SCUBA certification. Stress Less in 2016
Learn easy, effective ways to manage stress before it manages you in this 4 session workshop led by Liz Chamberlain, PhD, Licensed Psychologist. Participants will learn how mindfulness really works, take home personalized exercises, practice and rituals to help exercise the “mindfulness muscle” that helps reduce stress and worry as it increases resilience, focus and problem-solving.

This 8 week class focuses on agility, circuit work and program design. Leave understanding how to maximize your time in the weight room. Mondays and Fridays, 12:00 – 1:00 pm. $192.
