Spring into Shape Bootcamp

A personalized class focusing on strength training with free weights and body weight to target legs, abs, upper body and core. Get in shape for the Summer!
Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 pm.

New Women on Weights

This eight week class focuses on agility, circuit work and program design. Leave with a better understanding of how to maximize your time in the weight room. Mondays and Fridays, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. $192. To register, contact Justin Pierce at jpierce@jccdenver.org.


New Monday Zumba Time!

Turn It Up Monday with Zumba, an interval-style, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Monday’s Zumba blends pop, hip-hop, Reggae, dancehall, EDM and Latin inspired music (it’s not your mother’s Zumba class). Bring your FitBit – most students take over 6000 steps and burn a minimum of 500 calories.


J Triathlon Team

Think it’s out of your reach? Takes too much time? Think again! This is your chance to become a part of the JCC Triathlon Team. Train in a small group environment for a sprint triathlon in July at the Boulder Reservoir.

FREE Guest Day

The 24th of every month is Free Guest Day at the JCC Sports and Fitness Center. It’s always more fun to work out with a friend so bring your friends and family to experience our club at no charge. When you bring guests in, please check in at the membership office. Guest limit per member is two adults plus children under the age of 18.
