New Women on Weights
This eight week class focuses on agility, circuit work and program design. Leave with a better understanding of how to maximize your time in the weight room. Mondays and Fridays, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. $192. To register, contact Justin Pierce at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Monday Zumba Time!
Turn It Up Monday with Zumba, an interval-style, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Monday’s Zumba blends pop, hip-hop, Reggae, dancehall, EDM and Latin inspired music (it’s not your mother’s Zumba class). Bring your FitBit – most students take over 6000 steps and burn a minimum of 500 calories.
J Triathlon Team
Think it’s out of your reach? Takes too much time? Think again! This is your chance to become a part of the JCC Triathlon Team. Train in a small group environment for a sprint triathlon in July at the Boulder Reservoir.
