aremeant to be used formomentum-based training.
Instead of the usual start and stop with traditional
weights, a kettlebell workout is more fluid.

$180/S&F members; $240/guests (12 sessions)
Note: We require a minimum will be 2 people to run this class;
max participants will be 6 people.
