The JCC tumbling room is a great, safe environment for toddlers to explore and get out extra energy, especially during the winter months! Snacks will be provided.

This is an excellent chance to enter a “yes” zone with multiples, siblings and other little explorers. The JCC tumbling room is a great, safe environment for toddlers to explore and get out extra energy, especially during the winter months! Snacks will be provided.

Take an hour for yourself, and head over to JCC South Denver for boot camp! This class is a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, core, and functional movements designed for a maximum calorie burn in one hour. Depending on weather, class will be held in and outdoors, mixing traditional exercises with interval and strength training.
