New mothers will find a safe and nurturing environment created by instructor Deborah Fishman, Psy.D, for discussing the challenges of coping with motherhood. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the ways in which your identity will change and how the changes will affect your relationships. This interactive class also features the experiences and advice from women who have themselves just become moms.
