Take an hour for yourself, and head over to JCC South Denver for boot camp! This class is a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, core, and functional movements designed for a maximum calorie burn in one hour. Depending on weather, class will be held in and outdoors, mixing traditional exercises with interval and strength training.
